Choosing an LED display

  2. Resolution, frame rate and screen configuration
  3. Whether switching, recording or streaming is needed

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide service throughout Japan?

We serve locations throughout Japan. Tell us the venue location, loading requirements and schedule. Transportation and travel expenses are quoted according to the conditions.

Can I rent equipment for just one day?

Rentals are available from one day. We will confirm delivery, setup, rehearsal, event and dismantling dates to recommend the required rental period.

Can I order LED displays, video, sound and lighting together?

We provide one-stop service. Equipment selection, installation, operation and removal responsibilities are coordinated through a single contact.

Can I consult you before deciding on equipment or screen size?

We propose a setup based on your purpose, venue, attendance and schedule. Please also send any drawings or reference images you have.

Can I rent equipment only?

Equipment-only rental inquiries are also welcome. We will confirm stock, rental terms, operation and collection/delivery arrangements.

Do displayed prices include tax?

All prices exclude tax. Consumption tax is charged separately. Each quotation specifies whether transport, setup, dismantling and operators are included.

Can the equipment be used at outdoor events?

We select outdoor equipment and confirm weather conditions, support structures, power, and the criteria for proceeding or cancelling with the venue.

Can I view manufacturers’ specifications and catalogs?

Product pages link to verified official manufacturer documents in Japanese and English. Please contact us about models without listed documents.

Can I consult you about purchasing LED displays for permanent installation?

We offer import and sales services. We consider specifications based on installation location, viewing distance and operation, and advise on installation and maintenance scope.

Are quotations free?

We provide free quotations. Please share your event date, venue, purpose, expected attendance and budget as far as they are known.
